# Terms & conditions.

The information you need when shopping with Snap Cap Clothing.

## Who we are

This website is operated by Snap Cap Clothing. These terms apply to shopping on 
snapcapclothing.store. Please read the product details, checkout summary and our
[Refund Policy](https://snapcapclothing.store/refund-policy/) before placing an 
order.

## Products and orders

Check your selected size, colour, quantity, delivery address and contact details
before ordering. Product photographs are illustrative; screen settings can affect
colour appearance. This does not excuse an item that materially differs from its
description.

An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order. Acceptance is confirmed
when we dispatch it. All orders are subject to stock availability and payment verification.
If an item is unavailable or a material listing or pricing error is identified, 
we will contact you before proceeding with any changed order. If we cannot fulfil
the order, amounts already paid for the affected items will be refunded.

## Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Sri Lankan rupees (LKR). Check the final total, including delivery
and any applicable charges, before confirming your order. The price confirmed for
an accepted order will not be increased without your agreement.

Our payment options include Visa, Mastercard, PayHere, direct bank transfer, cash
on delivery, Koko and Mintpay, subject to setup, availability and eligibility at
checkout. Only use methods actually offered at checkout or confirmed through our
official customer-care channels. Do not send card details, PINs or one-time passwords
by email or WhatsApp.

For bank transfers, use only the account details provided through our official order
instructions and include your order number as the reference. Dispatch follows confirmation
of cleared payment. Cash-on-delivery orders must be paid in LKR on delivery. Koko
and Mintpay are provided by third parties, whose approval rules, repayment schedules
and terms apply.

## Delivery

Our estimated total delivery time for orders within Sri Lanka is 5–7 business days
after order confirmation, including processing, dispatch and courier delivery. This
is the total window, not a further 5–7 days after dispatch. For prepaid orders, 
the timeframe starts once payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday to Friday,
excluding Sri Lankan public holidays. Remote locations or unexpected courier delays
may take longer; we will notify you of significant delays. Delivery availability
and charges are shown during checkout or confirmed before your order is accepted.
Any delivery dates supplied are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. Please provide
an accurate, accessible address and a reachable telephone number. Contact us if 
your parcel is delayed, damaged or missing.

If an address correction or a missed delivery causes a further courier charge, we
will explain the amount before arranging another delivery. We remain responsible
for resolving non-delivery or damage issues as required by applicable law.

## Returns, refunds and cancellations

Our [Refund Policy](https://snapcapclothing.store/refund-policy/) sets out the 14-
day request window, product-condition requirements, customer-paid delivery for ordinary
returns, and the refund process. Contact us promptly to request an order change 
or cancellation.

## Using this website

Do not use the website for fraud, unlawful activity, unauthorised access or disruption
of other customers’ shopping. You are responsible for keeping any account credentials
private and for providing accurate order information.

Website content, branding and original materials belong to Snap Cap Clothing or 
their respective owners. Please obtain permission before reproducing them for commercial
use. Third-party payment services and linked websites operate under their own terms.

## Consumer rights and updates

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, subject to any mandatory protections
that apply to you. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer rights, statutory
warranties or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these terms for future orders and will show the revised effective 
date on this page. Changes do not retrospectively alter the terms of an order already
